How can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order before it has been shipped, send us an email at info@blainebox.com with the subject “Cancel order” and include your order number.
If the order has already left our warehouse, you’ll need to accept it upon delivery and then request a return. In this case, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund
As soon as we receive your return and check everything is correct, we’ll process the refund. It usually takes up to 10 business days from the moment you hand the package to the courier.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return it or report an issue.
Please:
- Provide your order number.
- Attach photos of the product, box, and shipping label in case of damage or defects, within 24–48 hours of receiving it.
- For returns due to other reasons (color, size, personal opinion), send photos and explain the reason.
Important:
Keep the packaging until the process is completed. If the name on the return doesn’t match the order, we apply a €2 fee.
Shipping
Are there shipping costs?
They depend on your address and the total order amount. You’ll see the exact costs at checkout.
Missing items in my order
Don’t worry! Sometimes orders are split into multiple shipments if items are heavy, bulky, or temporarily out of stock. You may receive the ready items first and the rest shortly after.
Change of address
If you want to change your delivery address, email us at info@blainebox.com with subject “Change address”, your order number, and the new address.
This is only possible if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. If you can’t find it, check your spam folder.
When will I receive my order?
We usually ship within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Estimated delivery times appear in your confirmation email.
During peak periods (sales, holidays, Christmas, etc.), delivery may take longer.
Products
Does the plant come with the pot?
No, pots are sold separately.
Which plants are suitable for outdoor use?
Some of our plants are outdoor-friendly (olive tree, bamboo, eucalyptus, palm, monstera, banana tree, ficus), as they come with UV protection. For specific plants, contact customer service.
How to measure the plant?
Measure the closed plant, from the tallest tip to the bottom of the base.
Pet friendly
Our artificial plants and flowers are odor-free and safe for pets. They don’t contain components that attract animals, so your furry friends won’t be tempted to destroy them.
Payments
Discounts
Discounts are great, we know 😊 But:
- They can’t be combined.
- Some expire.
- Promo codes can’t be applied after purchase.
Payment methods
We offer several secure options: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc. You can also pay in installments via Klarna.
Note: Klarna currently requires a Spanish ID, but we are working to extend it to more countries.
