Refund policy
Under the provisions of Article 102 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Customers, the customer shall have a period of up to fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
In the event of withdrawal, the customer will be refunded all payments received minus the shipping costs of €10.99,
Returned products must be in normal condition (in their original packaging and unused). Before returning the Product, the customer must ensure that it is properly protected and sealed so that it does not suffer any damage during transport.
*From 15 December 2022 it will be essential to return the plants with the label attached to them. If this is not the case, the plants will not be returned.
If the reason for the return is that the product is broken, the customer will have 48 hours to notify of the breakage, sending an email with photographs. After this period, it will not be possible to reimburse the amount of the product.
If the product is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered, BLAINE will bear the cost of the return and the new shipment. If the reason for this is that you are not satisfied with the order, we will reimburse the amount less the cost of return.
In any case, the customer is obliged to schedule the return within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the package, having to notify BLAINE by e-mail of the collection number provided by the carrier.
Once the return arrives at BLAINE, the company has 24 hours to check the merchandise.
Once it arrives at our warehouse, we will check its condition and process the refund, for which you will receive a confirmation email when it is done, and you will receive the money in your account within 2 - 8 working days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used.
All returns that are not collected from the collection point will be an extra charge of 6€.
All returns must be returned with the same name as the owner of the order. Otherwise, there will be an extra charge of 2€.
